Thanks to its phenyl-modified silicone structure, SR-6003 combines the advantages of organic polymers and inorganic Si-O networks, delivering outstanding thermal stability, mechanical strength, and surface performance. It appears as colorless to pale yellow granular solid with excellent storage stability and handling properties.

Instructions for Use
This product can be formulated into a thermosetting composite system using the solid silicone resin as the base material, with fillers, pigments, curing agents, additives, or glass fibers added. It is suitable for processing by transfer molding, electrostatic spraying, or solvent dissolution.
It can be used alone in high-temperature powder or liquid coatings, or co-blended with epoxy or polyester resins to enhance performance characteristics.
For powder coating applications, SR-6003 provides excellent flow and leveling properties, resulting in smooth, high-quality finishes with outstanding heat resistance.
When used in solvent-based formulations, ensure proper solvent selection to achieve optimal dissolution and application properties.

The product has high stability and a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
