Water-Based Silicone Emulsion
WR-3111 is a Water-based, baking-type eilicone emulsion with excellent resistance to yellowing. It is synthesized from silicone monomers and specially designed functional polymers, and appears as a milky white liquid. The product offers one-component bake curing, fast drying, strong adhesion, and low yellowing performance.
It is environmentally friendly with low VOC content and free from benzene-based solvents. WR-3111 also shows good compatibility with other resin systems, stable formulation behavior, and easy viscosity adjustment. It is particularly suitable for light-colored, high-temperature resistant coatings, with practical heat resistance reaching up to 1200°C.

Usage Instructions
It is recommended to first prepare a water-based pigment paste without resin, then mix with this resin.
The heat resistance of pigments and additives varies significantly between manufacturers; their type and dosage may directly impact the yellowing resistance of the coating film. Please conduct thorough formulation testing.
Curing conditions: 200–280°C for 10–60 minutes. Higher temperature shortens curing time. Optimal curing: 220°C for 30 minutes or 280°C for 10 minutes—best salt spray and chemical resistance are achieved under these conditions.
After surface drying at room temperature, perform baking or accelerate drying at temperatures below 80°C. Do not bake the wet film directly at high temperature, or blistering may occur.
For first-time use, heat slowly to allow the film to sinter properly at high temperature. Never place unsintered workpieces directly into high-temperature environments, as this may cause film cracking.
